Where The Money WentThree reports every moving company already has

Drop in your quote report and your jobs report. This reads them in your browser and tells you which price bands and services you are losing, and where your labor estimates are wrong. Nothing is uploaded.

Step 1

CSV or TSV exported from any moving CRM. Column names differ everywhere, so you tell the page which column is which — it guesses first and you correct it.

Quote / lead report

One row per quote. Needs an amount and a status (won, lost). A date column unlocks the timeframe filter; a service column unlocks the service breakdown.

Jobs / dispatch report

One row per completed job. Needs estimated labor and actual labor. Crew size and service are optional but make the report much better.

Your files are parsed in this browser tab and never sent anywhere.

Lost opportunities by price range

Every quote you gave, bucketed by size. The bar is the total revenue that passed through that band; the split is what you kept versus what walked.

Lost opportunities by service

The same quotes, grouped by what you were selling. Watch for a service with a close rate well under your blend and a big lost-revenue bar — that is a rate problem, not a sales problem.

Manhours & crew sizes

Estimated labor against what the crew actually burned. On an hourly rate an overrun is the customer paying more than you quoted, so this is a review problem before it is a margin problem.
